Now Set The Mood!

• Turn on ALL lights inside and out.
• Turn on the radio or put in a CD.
• If you have a fireplace, show it off - have it burning or in the summer put some clean logs in it for looks
• Take the pet and leave for a drive or a walk (if possible)
• Open all the window shades, blinds and curtains to allow maximum natural light
• Add fresh flowers to the dining table or the foyer area
• Pick up all toys and kids stuff
• Organize all newspapers, magazines, mail and other loose items
• Make sure the house temperature is comfortable and inviting
• Make the beds and pick up all laundry (it's ok to shove stuff under the bed)
• Straighten the bathrooms, put down the toilet seat and shut the shower curtain
• Empty the sinks and wash them out
• Run the vacuum
• Try your best to make your home 'Model' perfect.
